Ensure development and delivery of strategically aligned programs, materials, and initiatives to support appropriate engagement and communications with the priority customer segments identified for Market Access department responsibility, e.g., Payers, PBMs, MCOs, IDNs, Professional Organizations, Oncology Benefit Managers, and Patient Advocacy Groups. Manage agency engagement, program development process flow, project review and approval, and budgeting. Oversee Taiho Oncology, Inc., (TOI), memberships with key national professional organizations.
BA/BS degree in science and/or business-related discipline, or the equivalent.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Competency with Microsoft Office software applications and project management / tracking tools.
Some overnight travel required (~10-20%).
